Create custom labels for the question difficulty to align with our job levels. Currently, the options are "Easy", "Medium", and "Hard", but there's no guidance on what makes a question easy vs hard, leaving that field up to the writer of the question to decide.

Instead, if the writer of the question could indicate what job level it could be used for (for example, our levels are P2, P3 (senior), P4 (staff), P5 (senior staff), etc).
